9:00 am – 9:30 am: Call to order, Breakfast & Social Time
9:30 am – 9:45 am: Opening Remarks, Introduce Governor Larry
9:45 am – 10:00 am: Guest Speaker – Henry Ford Village
10:00 am – 11:00 am: Service Projects – Get Well Cards for Children’s Hospital, Diaper Dump, Coloring Books/Crayons for kids, small planter pots with a pack of seeds, and some potting soil (we’ll give to residents at HFV).
11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Present awards to Lieutenant Governors – each LG will have a few minutes to speak and recognize/praise/thank theirDivision/Clubs, with printed recognition of clubs at each table.
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Buffet lunch, social time, Jereme Grinslade from Kiwanis Children’s Fund will speak during lunch
1:00 pm – 1:15 pm: Kiwanis of Michigan Foundation, Cereal Drive update
1:15 pm – 1:30 pm: Division Caucus
1:30 pm – 1:40 pm: Executive Director Comments
1:40 pm – 1:45 pm: Closing remarks, meeting adjourned
